E-mail account in Thunderbird
NB! Starting from 01.07.2020 ā e-mail connection from customer computer to server will work only via SSL/TLS (unencrypted connections are not allowed!). Under e-mail account settings (on Your devices) secure SSL/TLS should be active/activated and secured ports used: IMAP 993 and SMTP 465 (only SSL/TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS) .

2. Changing e-mail account settings
Check/verify correct e-mail account settings from Webmail (by instructions: Using Webmail – E-mail settings) and:
1. Open Thunderbird and right-click on Your e-mail and select Settings
2. For IMAP settings – On “Account Settings” window on left menu click “Server Settings” and check Your settings against proper settings shown on Webmail settings page under “SSL (Recommended)” box.
3. For SMTP settings – On “Account Settings” window on left menu click “Outgoing Server (SMTP)”, select Your e-mail server and click edit – after that check Your settings against proper settings shown on Webmail settings page under “SSL (Recommended)” box.
